Orders & Returns 📦

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. You will receive a "On The Way" confirmation email when your order is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will guide you through the return process and arrange a replacement or refund once the item has been inspected. See our Return Policy for more information.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to confirm eligibility and start the return process. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.
